Installation Instructions
Install
1. Download the installer TelepromptGeneratorInstaller-1.0.0.exe.
2. Double-click it to run the installer.
3. Windows will likely show a “Windows protected your PC” SmartScreen warning, since the installer isn’t digitally signed — click “More info” → “Run anyway”.
4. Windows will ask to allow the app to make changes to your device (UAC) — click “Yes” (needed because it installs to C:\TelepromptGenerator).
5. Follow the wizard: Next → confirm the install folder (defaults to C:\TelepromptGenerator)* → Install → Finish.
Tip: Do not change the installation folder.
Run
Use the “TelepromptGenerator” shortcut on the Desktop or Start Menu, or go to the C:\TelepromptGenerator folder and click on TelepromptGenerator.exe directly.
For the web root, use “C:\TelepromptGenerator\app\rsrc\web”
For the output folder, use “C:\TelepromptGenerator\app\rsrc\web\teleprompt\” + <your folder name>. Use a different folder for a different class.
Uninstall
Settings → Apps → search “TelepromptGenerator” → Uninstall, or Control Panel → Programs and Features.
